a charming second floor room that sleeps 4 people. keepsake is perfect for families and for those who like the extra space. the room consists of two spaces that are connected. the ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub. the main room has a king bed, two comfy chairs and a desk. the adjacent room has two singles in the form of a bunk bed.

there is a maximum occupancy for our rooms, an extra person over the age of 4 adds $40 per night. we put a trifold memory foam mattress on the floor, usually at the foot of the king/queen bed. this works really well for kids and teens.

check in is at 3pm or after. check out is by 10am
we have a 2 night minimum
rates are subject to availability and can change at any time. all rates are subject to a 9% vermont rooms tax
no pets are allowed on the property with the exception of service animals

deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.
cancellation policy:
if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.
if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit (50% of the total amount).
if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

the parlor is a common space where our inn guests can hang out during the day, and where breakfast is served in the morning.
our restaurant downstairs is opon for dinner wednesday-saturday, 4:30-8pm. we love having our inn guests for dinner! reservations are recommended.
