yes! a vegetarian european-style breakfast & 24/7 coffee and tea station are included for all bookings.

• breakfast consists of local yogurt, house made granola, fresh fruits, farm fresh boiled eggs and pastries (house made scones and locally made pastries).

• local french press coffee - regular & decaf - from little seed coffee roasters.

• locally curated loose-leaf tea from stoneleaf teahouse.

• breakfast is served from 8-10am in the parlor.

• deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.

• cancellation policy:

  • if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee per room. for bookings for 5 nights and over, the cancellation fee is $250.

  • if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit (50% of the total amount).

  • if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

arriving between 3-5pm on a weekday?

a host will be on-site to give you a tour of the space and show you to your room. we don't have a front desk, but a host is always close to the front door to greet you.

arriving after 5pm OR on a saturday or sunday?

we ask guests to follow self-check-in instructions that we send via email the day before arrival.

we love pets, but we don’t allow them at the inn or in the restaurant. exceptions are made for service dogs, when communicated ahead of time.

• we have a 2 night minimum on weekends

• rates are subject to availability and can change at any time. all rates are subject to a 9% vermont rooms tax.

• no smoking on the property

• guests are responsible for room damage

• there is a maximum occupancy for our rooms, this is indicated on our rooms page.

• the parlor is a common space where inn guests can hang out during the day. on days when our restaurant is open, our servers will start setting the tables in the parlor at 3pm.

we love having inn guests for dinner at the restaurant!
