we have seven comfortable bedrooms. each room is unique and has been decorated individually with attention to detail.
our amenities are thoughtfully selected, keeping focus on natural materials, environmentally friendly products and, of course, comfort.
things you can count on in each room are wood floors, wool rugs, colorful artwork by torrey baron, plush down pillows, linen duvets and organic cotton sheets. the mattresses are from saatva, they are incredibly comfortable and handcrafted from organic cotton.
all bedrooms have private bathrooms with clean, natural bath products from ursa major, soft hotel-quality cotton towels from brooklinen and a hair dryer.

there is a maximum occupancy for our rooms, an extra person over the age of 4 adds $40 per night. we put a trifold memory foam mattress on the floor, usually at the foot of the king/queen bed. this works really well for kids and teens.

check in is at 3pm or after. check out is by 10am
we have a 2 night minimum
rates are subject to availability and can change at any time. all rates are subject to a 9% vermont rooms tax.
no pets are allowed on the property with the exception of service animals

deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.
cancellation policy:
if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.
if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit (50% of the total amount).
if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

the parlor is a common space where our inn guests can hang out during the day, and where breakfast is served in the morning.
our restaurant downstairs is opon for dinner wednesday-saturday, 4:30-8pm. we love having our inn guests for dinner! reservations are recommended.
