outerlands

a colorful oasis on the second floor. outerlands has a king bed and one single bed. the room has its own separate hallway and is tucked towards the front of the building, letting in the afternoon sun. the ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower.

    • locally curated loose-leaf tea from stoneleaf teahouse

  • there is a maximum occupancy for our rooms, an extra person over the age of 4 adds $40 per night. we put a trifold memory foam mattress on the floor, usually at the foot of the king/queen bed. this works really well for kids and teens.

    • check in is at 3pm or after. check out is by 10am

    • we have a 2 night minimum on weekends

    • rates are subject to availability and can change at any time. all rates are subject to a 9% vermont rooms tax

    • no pets are allowed on the property with the exception of service animals

    • no smoking on the property

    • guests are responsible for room damage

    • deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.

    • cancellation policy:

      • if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.

      • if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit (50% of the total amount).

      • if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

  • we love having inn guests for dinner at the restaurant! please check our opening hours. reservations are recommended.

    the parlor is a common space where inn guests can hang out during the day and where breakfast is served in the morning.
