most of our ingredients are sourced from nearby farms and small producers we know and trust. what we can’t get locally, we source through gustiamo, who work with small italian growers with a similar ethos.

reservations are highly recommended! we take walk-ins when possible, but please make a reservation, we hate turning people away!

we don’t make gluten free dough. whether it’s pizza, bread, pasta or crackers, all of our doughs are naturally leavened with native grains from NEK grains and elmore mountain bread.
