we are thrilled to host folks for these important milestones!

from middlebury, a 25-minute drive will take you through the rolling countryside. before you know it, you will drive through the quaint town of bristol. head over to our explore page to read about things to do in the area, where to eat, shop, swim, drink coffee… we are located 3.5 miles outside of downtown bristol. our inn is open 7 days a week and we’d love to host you!

  • GRADUATION: our rooms can be booked one year in advance, starting at 9am on monday after graduation weekend. bookings can be made over the phone. first come first served! our online booking system only allows bookings 180 days in advance.

    FALL FAMILY WEEKEND: we host weddings all throughout the fall and are usually booked up during this weekend. if we don’t have a wedding booked, we’d be happy to host you! in that case, rooms can be booked online 180 days prior to your checkout date.

    FEB GRADUATION: rooms can be booked online 180 days prior to your checkout date.

  • we allow 2 rooms per family on special weekends

  • 6 months in advance.

    • for a regular dinner reservation (up to 15 people), please call us.

    • for a private dining room rental or barn rental, please email us at info@thetillermanvt.com

    • deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation

    • cancellation policy for middelbury graduation:

      • if you cancel your reservation 180 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee per room.

      • if you cancel your reservation within the period of 179 to 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will keep your 50% deposit.

      • if you cancel your reservation less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.
