a spacious suite on the second floor, perfect for families and for those who like the extra space. the room sleeps 4 people and has two zones that are connected. the first space has two built-in twin beds, a seating area and dresser. down the steps is a spacious room with a king bed, a skylight for stargazing, a chaise lounge and gas-burning fireplace. the king room has big windows overlooking the front patio and barn. the room has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

there is a maximum occupancy for our rooms, an extra person over the age of 4 adds $40 per night. we put a trifold memory foam mattress on the floor, usually at the foot of the king/queen bed. this works really well for kids and teens.

check in is at 3pm or after. check out is by 10am
we have a 2 night minimum on weekends
rates are subject to availability and can change at any time. all rates are subject to a 9% vermont rooms tax.
no pets are allowed on the property with the exception of service animals

deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.
cancellation policy:
if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.
if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit (50% of the total amount).
if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.
