mimi’s room

a bright downstairs room with queen bed overlooking the flower and vegetable gardens. mimi's room is ADA accessible. the bathroom with tub has been recently renovated. mimi’s room is located next to the parlor, a charming dining room with fire place where breakfast is served for guests.

    • breakfast consists of local yogurt, house made granola, fresh fruits, farm fresh boiled eggs and pastries (house made scones and local maple pastry)

    • local french press coffee - regular & decaf - from brio coffeeworks

    • locally curated loose-leaf tea from stoneleaf teahouse

  • there is a maximum occupancy for our rooms, an extra person over the age of 4 adds $40 per night. we put a trifold memory foam mattress on the floor, usually at the foot of the king/queen bed. this works really well for kids and teens.

    • check in is at 3pm or after. check out is by 10am

    • we have a 2 night minimum

    • rates are subject to availability and can change at any time. all rates are subject to a 9% vermont rooms tax

    • no pets are allowed on the property with the exception of service animals

    • no smoking on the property

    • guests are responsible for room damage

    • deposit policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.

    • cancellation policy:

      • if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.

      • if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit (50% of the total amount).

      • if you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

  • the parlor is a common space where our inn guests can hang out during the day, and where breakfast is served in the morning.

    our restaurant downstairs is opon for dinner wednesday-saturday, 4:30-8pm. we love having our inn guests for dinner! reservations are recommended.
