wine tasting: chillable reds

Will’s exceptional story telling and knowledge of wine will help explore the places and flavors of six chillable reds. Tasting chillable reds will help people understand the overall way that temperature affects the taste of wine. Knowing that a simpler red can be more delicious if not too warm is a fundamental bit of knowledge, especially when choosing less expensive wines.

We will gather around the long farm table in the Parlor to taste each wine accompanied by baguette, cheese, butter and olive oil, one simple charcuterie, and pickles.

each attendee will also receive 10% off their meal at the restaurant if they wish to eat afterwards, please make a separate reservation.
