we’re excited to tell you about a private wine tasting and conversation hosted by will: “exploring french sparkling wine” on sunday march 29th from 3-5pm.

if you’ve had the pleasure of dining with us at the tillerman, you’ve probably noticed our maitre d’; a tall man named will. you may have been warmly welcomed by him, or served a fine bottle of wine whilst being told a story of the wine’s provenance.

will’s exceptional story telling and knowledge of wine will help explore the places and flavors of six unique grapes. we will gather around the long farm table in the parlor to taste all sparkling french wine accompanied by olives, cheeses and charcuterie. the fireplace will be stocked and stoked throughout the evening.

the restaurant is open for regular dinner service on sundays. if you’d like to stay & dine with us after the tasting, please make a separate dinner reservation.
