we’re excited to tell you about a private wine tasting and conversation hosted by will: “exploring pink wine” on sunday may 17th from 3-5pm.

if you’ve had the pleasure of dining with us at the tillerman, you’ve probably noticed our maitre d’; a tall man named will. you may have been warmly welcomed by him, or served a fine bottle of wine whilst being told a story of the wine’s provenance.

will’s exceptional story telling and knowledge of wine will help explore the places and flavors of six unique international grape varietals, all rosé. we will gather around the long farm table in the parlor to taste each of the wines accompanied by olives, cheeses and charcuterie.

the restaurant is open for regular dinner service on sundays. if you’d like to stay & dine with us after the tasting, please make a separate dinner reservation. workshop attendees will receive 10% off their meal at the restaurant following the workshop.
