flower arranging workshop with understory farm: arranging and persuading spring into flower

Join us in the charming barn, enjoy a seasonal libation, bring a new friend, a dear neighbor, an old flame, and spend a couple hours exploring the art of arranging forced tulips, foliage and branches into a centerpiece to take home. This intimate workshop is for all skill levels and meant to build on the age-old tradition of persuading plants into bloom with the manipulation of warmth and time, with the focus on local flowers and foliage from our Vermont landscape.

This workshop is for anyone curious about the world of forced bulbs and branches and the methods of persuading flowers into bloom and how to arrange them in a thoughtful and informed way.

During this workshop we will share our expertise on forcing branches, bulbs, varietal differences, as well as utilizing color and texture to build something artful to celebrate Spring.

I hope you can join us!
